Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Full papers describing complete research results in areas relevant to the Grand Challenge theme. These should include a clear problem definition, a novel solution, thorough experimental evaluation, and insights into the broader implications or scalability of the approach. Full papers are expected to present well-substantiated technical contributions, complete with implementation details, comparisons to baselines, and reproducible results.
This category is only open to submissions that have already been accepted and notified via email by the Grand Challenge organizers. Accepted full papers will be considered for Grand Challenge Winner awards.
