The Conference

International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Signal Processing (AIDSP-2023) is being organized by Maharana Pratap Engineering College, Kanpur  in hybrid mode (offline and online). Proceedings of AIDSP2023 will be published by Springer's "Communications in Computer and Information Science series (CCIS)"

The purpose of the conference is to bring together professors, research scholars and industry professionals working in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Signal Processing field from national and international organizations.

About Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions [MPGI]

Since its inception in the year 1995, Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions [MPGI] has diversified and widened its horizon to ten colleges and one hospital. The group has achieved excellence in education in the diverse streams of Engineering, Management, Dental, Medical, Pharmacy, IT, Biotechnology, Nursing, Paramedical Sciences and Agriculture. Group’s campuses exceeding over several hundred acres of lush green surrounding possess modern infrastructure, well equipped laboratories, libraries, classrooms etc. Maharana Pratap Engineering College, Kanpur is situated at Kothi-Mandhana, Kanpur on Kanpur-Aligarh NH-91. The Department of Computer Science

Department of Computer Science and Engineering offers PG and UG programs in Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Science, Internet of Things and Computer Applications. The department has well-equipped laboratories, libraries and classrooms with modern facilities.  

In the academic session 2021-2022, CSE department has repeated its excellent placement history with 100% placements of all eligible students with highest package of Rs. 49 LPA and average package of Rs. 4.5 LPA. Our students have been recruited by renowned companies like-Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, HCL, ANR, Wipro, Sopra, Informatica, Wallmart, Nagarro, AU finance, Byju’s, and many more.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.  Authors are requested to click on  Paper Template to prepare manuscript. Author's guidelines can be accessed through https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines.

Paper Length: 12-15 Pages.

Use of Figures

The important issue in determining whether permission is needed for an altered figure is the amount of alteration. The change must be substantial if you want to avoid the legal requirement to obtain permissions. What constitutes “substantial” change is a murky legal area. Redrawing a figure, changing straight lines to arrows, relabeling a figure with letters instead of numbers, or reordering columns in a table does not constitute a substantial change and can distort the meaning of the original material. The best approach for avoiding permission issues is to use original materials wherever possible. Adapted rule is that the table or figure must be at least 70% different from the original. Permission requests are rarely denied, but they are frequently ignored, despite repeated attempts to secure them. Some follow-up may be necessary. If permission cannot be obtained or if a fee is associated and you do not wish to pay it, you can: 1. Delete the copyrighted material. 2. Find a substitute for the copyrighted material. 3. Substantially alter the material so permission is no longer required. You will still need to attribute the original source for the content of the material.
