The previous editions of ICICT were successfully held in Hilo-Hawaii, Honolulu-Hawaii, Raleigh, New York City (virtual), Hawaii (virtual), Silicon Valley, University of Hawaii Maui College, Kahului, and Northern Illinois University (NIU) DeKalb. ICICT 2026 will be located in Honolulu-Hawaii, USA during March 11-13, 2026.
We believe the final program will be the result of a highly selective review process designed to include the best work of its kind in every category. You are cordially invited to submit your recent research work to the ICICT 2026.
Submission Guidelines
Full Paper
Manuscripts should be formatted in double columns and must not exceed 10 pages. All submissions must be written in English and adhere to the formatting guidelines provided in the official templates.
To maintain the quality of accepted papers, all submissions will undergo rigorous peer review. Authors may submit only original work for which they hold full copyright. Submissions must not be concurrently under review at any other venue.
Abstract
For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can submit an abstract first, for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but only included in the conference program book.

Publication
All submitted papers will be assigned to reviewers for a blind review. Papers that are accepted and subsequently registered will be included in the ICICT 2026 Conference Proceedings. Furthermore, the proceedings will be archived in the ACM Digital Library and indexed by major databases including Ei Compendex and Scopus. An application for indexation will also be submitted to the Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (Web of Science).
