Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers describing current issues in the modelling, diagnostics and monitoring of vibration in mechanical and civil engineering applications
- Extended abstracs describing preliminary results in modelling, diagnostics and monitoring of vibration in mechanical and civil engineering applications

The Proceedings of ICOVP 2023 will be published in a Scopus Indexed publication. Further information about this will be announced shortly.
Venue
The Conference will take place at the heart of Qatar University’s campus, in the Research Complex H10 – Auditorium Hall.The Qatar University campus itself is within a small trip from the city. Visitors may prefer to stay at one of several nearby renowned five-star hotels, which are also half an hour drive from a number of popular tourist attractions.
