Welcome to the official website of the 2025 12th International Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence (ISCMI). ISCMI 2025 is organized by India International Congress on Computational Intelligence(IICCI), and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Brazil Council and IEEE Rio de Janeiro Section. The Conference will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil during November 21-23, 2025. The main objective of ISCMI 2025 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these evolving scientific fields.
Submission Guidelines
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.

Publication
Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers after successful registration will be published into Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for index by Ei Compendex and Scopus. The authors of the papers will be invited to participate in the ISCMI 2025 to display their research results.
Selected papers after at least 30% extension will be recommended to Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) Special Issue:
Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) is a world-leading journal focusing on both the technical and applications aspects of EIS technology, and the complex and cross-disciplinary problems of enterprise integration that arise in integrating extended enterprises in a contemporary global supply chain environment. Techniques developed in mathematical science, computer science, manufacturing engineering, and operations management used in the design or operation of EIS will also be considered.
