Submission Guidelines
Author presentations at ICAIIT 2024. At least one author of every accepted submission must present at ICAIIT in Koethen. Authors should be prepared to present their papers at any time during the conference. Failure to comply with this requirement can result in removal of papers from the ICAIIT Proceedings.
The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to present their latest research results and perspectives for future work in these areas of research and to share ideas, problems, and solutions relating to the multifaceted aspects of innovations in IT. The conference will encourage a debate on strategies for the development of the most effective techniques and technologies that will serve humankind in the long term. Meanwhile, the conference doesn’t cover research devoted to military (like weapons) issues, although it does pursue shedding light on defense and security topics.
Topics of the conference include, but are not limited to, the following:
1 Communication technologies and hardware;
2 Data transport technologies;
3 Control and automation;
4 Data analysis and processing;
5 Statistical modelling and analysis, and their applications in life sciences.
6 Power Engineering
Maximum limit of submissions
The ICAIIT Committee has established a maximum limit of 4 submissions per author (including coauthored papers). Failure to comply with this requirement can result in papers not being reviewed (i.e. fourth and further papers based on date and time of submission).
Language
English is the language of the conference and of all submissions.
Originality
Submissions to ICAIIT must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be currently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere. Completed papers should have completed analyses and documentation of results.
Template/formatting
All submissions must be in Microsoft Word .docx or Latex format and must use the submission template. Instructions for using the template and formatting the submission are provided in the ICAIIT template document itself. Submissions should consist of only one file containing text, figures, tables and references. Files submitted in other word processing formats or that do not use this template will not be considered for review.
Length Requirements
Completed research papers must not exceed seven (7) single-spaced pages and must conform to the ICAIIT submission template. The 7 pages must include all text, figures, tables, and appendices. Submissions with less than 4 pages will be automatically rejected. Submissions with more than 7 pages will be paid separately each next page.
Anonymize Completed Papers for Blind ReviewAuthors name(s) should not appear in the body of the paper (including the abstract). Eliminate references to your institutions, your sponsors, your unpublished work and your published work if these references will identify any author.
Remove author and institution information from document properties. To do this in Word 2010 click the File tab, and then click Info. Under Prepare for Sharing, click Check for Issues, and then click Inspect Document. In the Document Inspector dialog box, select the check boxes to choose the types of hidden content that you want to be inspected. In the next dialog box you can choose which information to remove. For older versions of MS-Word, click on Tools —> Options and then click on the Security tab. Under Privacy Options, select "Remove personal information from file properties on save."
All papers accepted and registered will be included in conference proceedings. The proceedings will be included in the main indexes and search engines.
