The 2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and its Applications will be held on the 9th and 10th of November 2023 at the Preskil Island Resort in Mauritius. This in-person conference will provide an opportunity to academic researchers, industry professionals, government delegates and students to interact and share their experiences and knowledge on cutting-edge developments in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning & their applications, Natural Language Processing, Speech Technologies, Robotics, Computer Vision & AI in Society. Our main objective is to promote scientific and educational activities towards the advancement of knowledge by improving the theory and practice of Artificial Intelligence and its applications.

Papers are invited for ICARTI on topics lying within the scope of the conference. All contributions must be of high quality, original, and must not have been previously published elsewhere or intended for publication elsewhere.

All papers will be reviewed by members of the International Programme Committee and depending on their degree of innovativeness and quality of presentation, may be selected for oral or poster presentation and publication in the conference proceedings. All submissions will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers by following a double-blind review process.

The submission deadline is 31st August 2023 (FINAL).

Authors are also requested to anonymise (remove all contact details) their papers before submission. All papers will be double-blind reviewed and published in a conference proceedings.

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarised materials and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). All papers will be submitted to a plagiarism service in order to check the originality of its contents.

The paper must have a strict minimum of 5 pages and at least 3500 words. Papers having more than 6 pages will carry extra page charges.
