The International Conference on Sustainable Energy Education (SEED) aims to become a forum for researchers, academics, and practitioners to exchange ideas, experiences, opinions, and research results relating to the preparation of students, teaching/learning methodologies, the organization of educational systems, partnerships and funding and governance related to Sustainable Energy Education. It aims to establish a global learning community about Energy Education to exchange knowledge, provide opportunities, and ultimately develop a shared vision.
Submission Guidelines
Authors worldwide are invited to submit original and unpublished extended abstracts not under review in any other conference or journal. All papers will be peer-reviewed by the Program committee based on their significance, methodological soundness, originality, and clarity of exposition. Publication
All accepted extended abstracts will appear in the conference proceedings book, which will be assigned a DOI and ISBN. They will be published in open access by UPV Press and submitted to be indexed in major international bibliographic databases. In previous conferences we organized, proceedings were indexed in Scopus and the Thomson-Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Web of Science Core Collection (former ISI Proceedings). Other Activity: Call for workshops
Summary
Researchers, academics, and practitioners are invited to submit proposals for workshops at the SEED conference. The purpose of workshops is to give room for presenting ideas and discussing preliminary results in an interactive atmosphere while focusing on a specific topic. Workshops may be proposed for a min of 1.5 hours and a max of 3 hours in length. It should encourage lively debates and stimulate the production of new ideas and the discussion of controversial issues.
The workshop findings will be published as a book with a DOI and ISBN. The workshop organizers can publish their results and organize a call for extended abstracts for their workshops. The final version of the extended abstract submission will be on July 28, 2024. The expected book publication date is November 2024. Review Criteria
The decision on acceptance or rejection of a workshop proposal will be made based on the overall quality of the proposal and its potential to attract a sufficiently broad community. Other factors, such as the degree of overlap with other workshop proposals or issues regarding logistics, will also be considered when making the final decision.
