However, MIMO systems experience the effects of inter-symbol interference (ISI), they can be offset by STBC (Space-Time Block Codes) schemes, which are a very reliable technique for achieving bandwidth efficiency and ISI suppression capacity. In this article the main purpose is to provide the results of the simulations of the Alamouti Code and OSTBC (Orthogonal Space Time Block Codes) working toguether with MIMO-OFDM systems, with different types of modulation (BPSK, QPSK, 8PSK, 16QAM and 64QAM) and evaluating their bit error rates (BER) with respect to the signal to noise ratio (SNR).
