The Effect of NPL and LDR on Profitability with Car as a Mediation Variable at PT BPR Dana Mandiri Bogor

Abstract

This research purpose is to determine the effect of Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) on profitability (ROA) with Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as an mediates variable in PT. BPR Pasarraya Kuta period 2017-2021. The sampel which is used in this research amounted to as much as 30 samples. Data mining in this research is using observasi non patisipan method. The data analysis technique used in this research is the path analysis. Results of analysis of this study showed that the NPL and LDR give no significant effect on ROA and CAR give positive significant effect on ROA. NPL give significant negative effect on CAR and LDR no significant positive effect on CAR. CAR mediates the relationship between the NPL on ROA and LDR on ROA.
