Abstract

Innocents and confessions:The material,technical and technical means used in investigations and interrogations vary to obtain confessions that match the reality of the crime.However,what draws attention in this matter is how innocent people resort to confession?Research has confirmed through case law that false confessions occur frequently. Accordingly,the judicial system established a set of rules for detecting false confessions.In the USA alone the percentage of people imprisoned for miscarriage of justice and released after DNA analysis is between15and 25 percent; Among them are those who made false confessions.Accordingly,a false confession is a confession of guilt for a crime that the confessing person did not commit. Where false confessions can be obtained through coercion or mental disorder of the suspect.In the same context, empirical sciences from psychology, neuroscience, and social psychology have also emerged,confirming the possibility of obtaining false confessions through brain hacking-so to speak-an unknown field of science.However,it is possible to fall.
