The Grey- ANP approach systematically incorporates expert judgments and quantitative data to evaluate critical factors such as material properties, environmental impact, cost- effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Case studies on the application of various nanomaterials, including carbon nanotubes, graphene-based materials, and metal- oxide nanoparticles, demonstrate the efficacy of the Grey-ANP method in providing comprehensive, reliable decision support. Our findings suggest that the Grey-ANP approach offers a robust framework for stakeholders to make informed, balanced decisions in the deployment of smart nanomaterials, ultimately contributing to more sustainable and effective environmental remediation strategies.
