Abstract

This article provides examples describing the gradual destruction of the unified, consistent terminological system of information law. Research has identified causes and patterns, along with related problems, of organizing the conceptual apparatus in the regulation of information law relationships, including the Internet and the institution of identification. A classification and description of the patterns of forming a conceptual apparatus should be important in developing legislation, including the digital economy.
