The purpose of the study is to highlight the difficulties encountered by teachers and the emotional impact of the rapid shift to online education. The study employs semi-structured interviews to evaluate the real experiences of teachers as this paper provides insights into their challenges and emotions during the pandemic. The findings reveal that many teachers were unprepared for the transition, facing difficulties in interacting with students and collaborating with parents. This approach is valuable as it captures the professional experiences and reflections necessary to understand the effects of rapid educational changes in response to the pandemic. The study underscores the importance of addressing the challenges faced by primary teachers and offers implications for improving the teaching and learning experiences in such circumstances.
