This paper examines various content management and caching strategies that can be deployed within V2V communication frameworks to mitigate congestion and enhance network efficiency. The proliferation of connected vehicles offers a unique opportunity to distribute and manage content effectively within vehicular networks. Leveraging caching mechanisms in vehicles can significantly reduce latency and alleviate network congestion by enabling localized content retrieval. This abstract explores the effectiveness of different caching strategies, including proximity-based caching, popularity-based caching, and predictive caching, in optimizing content delivery within V2V communication.
