Abstract

Effective risk management requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks, as well as ongoing monitoring and review to ensure that risk management measures remain effective over time. The risk of corruption in an organization can vary depending on various factors such as the nature of the organization, its size, and the regulatory framework in which it operates. Corruption can manifest in several forms such as bribery, embezzlement, fraud, and abuse of power.
