Drawing upon a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the study evaluates the effectiveness of various policy measures implemented over the past decade. Key economic and social indicators are analyzed to assess the impact of these policies on business creation, employment rates, and skill development. Furthermore, the study examines the challenges and opportunities inherent in Romania's entrepreneurial ecosystem, including regional disparities and remaining obstacles. Through case studies and comparisons with regional and international best practices, the research identifies strategies for policy refinement and enhancement.
