Abstract

Cancer remains a formidable health challenge, underscoring the urgency to devise innovative therapeutic strategies. Among the potential targets, Hsp90 Alpha emerges as a promising candidate due to its pivotal role in stabilizing several cancer-associated proteins. This research delves into the intricate structural features essential for inhibiting Hsp90 Alpha effectively. Employing consensus pharmacophore modeling, the study illuminates critical lipophilic and hydrogen-bonding domains within inhibitors that demonstrate heightened anti-cancer activity. Such insights pave the way for the development of potent and targeted anti-cancer therapeutics, heralding a promising stride in cancer treatment modalities.
