CATA2024:Editor's Preface

This conference proceedings contain the research papers presented at the 39th International Conference on Computers and Their Applications (CATA - 2024) held on March 18-19, 2024. This conference is in conjunction with the 16th International Conference on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (BiCOB - 2024). Both of these conferences, CATA-2024 and BICOB-2024, will be held in the Holiday Inn Downtown-Superdome, New Orleans, USA.

This year we received a reasonably large number of submissions. To assure the quality of papers selected for presentations and publications, each submission was reviewed by multiple program committee members based on technical content and accuracy, the significance of the results, the conference scope, clarity of ideas, and overall research contribution. The committee decided to accept a selected number of papers based on the overall quality, originality, and significance. The conference program includes an invited keynote presentation and several technical sessions on a range of important and emerging topics.

We gratefully acknowledge the active contributions of our program committee members and all technical session chairs. We also want to thank all presenters and attendees for actively contributing towards the success of CATA-2024.

We are looking forward to excellent presentations and fruitful discussions to help broaden our professional horizons.
