We process payments online using several payment gateways thus shielding you from complexity of online payments and compliance with online payment registration industry requirements.
We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, HKD, SGD, JPY, CHF, DKK, NOK, SEK. This means you can use the currency of your choice and avoid substantial currency conversion fees. For example, if you organize a conference in Singapore, then all your local costs must be in SGD and you would normally have an SGD bank account. If you decide to have registration in USD, we send you the collected registration money in USD, which your bank will automatically convert to SGD. Banks currently commonly charge as much as 3% as a currency exchange rate, which means you lose a very substantial amount of money. If the registration is in the same currency as your bank account, there is no currency exchange rate involved.
